Our mission is to help develop Brazil as a reliable destination for ecotourism by working toward the following objectives:

1. Being a network for exchange of information on ecotourism for tourism trade, conservation organizations & local communities
2. Being a driving force in developing a type of tourism with minimum impact on the environment
3. Becoming a reliable source of  statistics on ecotourism
4. Representing the interests of ecotourism on a national level and Brazilian ecotourism on an international level
